iGuruHub provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, cloud and DevOps services, managed IT support, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement signed by both parties. Any pricing, quotes or estimates provided on the Site or during a consultation are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written proposal or invoice. Final pricing depends on project scope, complexity and timeline, and will be communicated to you in writing prior to commencement of work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables (such as source code created specifically for your project) transfers to the client upon full payment. iGuruHub retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries or proprietary code used in delivering the Services. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of iGuruHub and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones and due dates, are specified in the applicable proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of work. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGuruHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high-quality, error-free deliverables, we do not guarantee that software will be entirely free of defects. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct material defects identified within the warranty period stated in your service agreement. Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the relevant service agreement, generally with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
Projects may involve third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers or software licenses. iGuruHub is not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy changes made by third-party providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which iGuruHub is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Because iGuruHub delivers custom, labor-intensive software development and IT services, our refund terms differ from standard product purchases. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Most projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, followed by milestone-based payments. Deposits cover initial planning, resource allocation and the start of development work, and are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law.
If you cancel a project before any work has started (i.e., before our team has begun design, development or consulting activities), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of your deposit, minus any administrative or transaction fees already incurred.
Once development work has started, payments made for completed milestones, hours worked, or deliverables produced are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a prepaid package may be refunded at our discretion, prorated based on work completed.
For ongoing managed IT support or maintenance subscriptions, refunds are not provided for the current billing period once service has been activated. You may cancel future billing cycles at any time by contacting us at least 7 days before the next billing date.
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications outlined in your project proposal or statement of work, please contact us within the warranty/revision period stated in your agreement. We will work with you to revise or correct the deliverable. Refunds for quality disputes are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not automatic.
